Gormiti Series III
The fifth series in this lucky toyline (I know it's called III, but we had previously the first series, the mystica as its repaint,
the second and the atomic series as its repaint) was issued in 2007 with 42 completely new characters and cards, the sculpts are divided in 7 Tribes:
Earth, Forest, Sea, Air, Volcano and the brand new Light and Darkness.
Of these 42 sculpts, 28 were released in toy stores, 7 were sold esclusively in magazine stands (L'Irpido Roccioso, Ramartiglio, Squalis, Crudelion, Sentinel, L'Electricante and Spiritonero) and the last 7 figures (Fossil, Magitronco, Tentaclos, Magufo, Brags, Solaris and Buconero) were relased inside "Magic Eggs" that, when placed under water, they dissolve fizzling and release the gormita. These eggs are not "blind", meaning you know what you get because every egg is of a different color for each tribe. They were sold inside the well known blind bags and 4-packs as well as playsets.
